Accounting Services
TempusTRACKER takes care of all issues involving the various vendors and presents a single, consolidated invoice to the client on a monthly or semi-monthly basis. Timesheets are approved by managers through the web-based "One-Click" system and our staff personally oversees the entire process.

TempuSTAFF verifies Insurance Validation for each vendor as well as Citizenship and Visa status of all consultants. All billing, timesheets and verifications are accessible through TempusTRACKER along with regular reports produced by the TempuSTAFF accounting team. With our system, we are ready to handle any audits at any point in time.

Help Desk
The TempuSTAFF Helpdesk uses today's best VOIP, E-mail, and Mobile technologies to help every customer in a timely fashion. Knowledgeable on the IT front, the TempuSTAFF Helpdesk has a firm understanding of the business processes of our clients. The TempuSTAFF Helpdesk has strategic partnerships with all of their vendors and maintains the status as Certified Partner with Microsoft.

Additional Services

- Market Trend Advice: TempuSTAFF provides advice on market trends and the changing rates for diverse consulting positions. As the market sways between a "candidate friendly market" and a "hiring manager friendly market", we work with you to address any concerns, helping you receive the most value for your dollar.

- BioMetrics: Through our system, as our client, you have the option to implement biometric hand scanning into the timesheet and attendance system. A biometric hand scanner can be installed on-site and the data is entered into the system automatically.

Security
TempusTRACKER operates on a highly secured network. The candidate management database and consultant management database (timesheets and billing) are stored off-site with co-location backups by Sendouts Pro and StaffMetric. The servers that store the data have redundant drive subsystems and redundant power supplies. The TempuSTAFF accounting software is stored both on-site and off-site with nightly replication. All data is stored in database servers protected by multiple firewalls.
