TempusTRACKER is web based. There is no software to install for any user. Wherever in the world you find a web browser and an Internet connection, you can access TempusTRACKER. How It Works
- TempusTRACKER enables hiring managers to enter job orders in the system through our web portal.
- Designated TempuSTAFF resource managers then disperses job orders to the proper vendors.
- Vendors submit candidates in TempusTRACKER.
- Hiring managers can retrieve and review these candidates. Interviews are created in the system.
- As a candidate is moved through the workflow, his/her record is constantly updated and available to be viewed by the vendor and resource manager with real-time updates.
- Once a candidate is placed as a consultant, the consultant is given a login to the system where he/she will enter worked hours for billing.
- Our patented "One-Click" approval system allows managers to approve individual/all timesheets.
By using our system for every step of the staffing process, your TempuSTAFF resource manager can supply you with many different reports at your request.
